The Great Lawn offers our most sweeping vista. The Frances Stevens Reese Woodland Trail of Discovery offers hikers a tranquil mile through the forest with river views framed between the trees. The elegant Apple Orchard, Formal Garden, and Herb Garden feature prized fruit trees, flowers, and plants.
The Neoclassical mansion itself stands a beautiful piece of art. It contains one of the finest collections of 19th-century decorative arts.
